My story
A journey that
began in 2007
It all started with a workshop with Swami Sivamurti Saraswati in Cyprus — “An Introduction to Living Consciously.”
That experience led me to train in the Satyananda Yoga tradition, then continue with Deepak Chopra's Primordial Sound Meditation.
Today I blend these ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary techniques — helping you find stillness, clarity, and well-being in everyday life.
